Ashley Kusmec is a virtual assistant and studio manager based in Central Texas, whose background in special education gave her a sharp eye for detail, a calm approach to complexity, and the ability to handle it for you or walk you through it.

This is where my studio operations background is most directly applicable. I manage complex, multi-platform workflows without dropping anything. If your backend is a mess, I will organize it. If your processes aren't documented, I will document them. If you need someone who can jump into twenty tools and figure out the ones they haven't seen before — that's me.
I already manage multiple calendars, coordinate across teams, and keep track of what everyone needs and when they need it. This tier is for the personal overflow that keeps ambitious people from having a life outside their work.
This is where I'm most different from any other VA you'll find. I spent years teaching modified curriculum to students with learning differences — which means I know how to break things down, meet people where they are, and make learning feel attainable instead of overwhelming.
